Hello John,
Thanks for the prompt reply.Here I am elaborating my question.
I am trying to plot HISTORY files from DLPOLY. For this I am using snapshot
render.
This snapshot render is working good when I dont make any modifications to
the plot
which is given by VMD when HISTORY file is uploaded into it.It is saving
file on my
desktop and I could able to open it and print it.
But when I make some modifications to the original plot like labelling the
atoms and
using snapshot render to save the plot it is giving some sort of file on my
desktop but I
could not able to open it or view it or print it.
This is my problem.
