Hi,

I have a problem when I'm trying to make a solvation box and write the pdb
together with my molecule. Is there a way to write a pdb with the solvation
box (PSF) and my molecule together?

I'm using this command, but it only writes the solvation box:

set sel [atomselect top "all"]
$sel writepdb mypdb.pdb
