Dear colleagues:
We in our Lab. are working on big integrin domains movements during
dynamics. As part of the analyzed literature we take the work
"HOW THE HEADPIECE HINGE ANGLE IS OPENED: NEW INSIGHTS INTO THE DYNAMICS OF
INTEGRIN ACTIVATION, J Cell Biol. 2006; 175(2): 349"; and start to work with
the plug-in Hingefind (tcl) inside VMD 1.8.5 (Win-XP). The central point in
this mail is to obtain more information about the way to obtain the calculated
hinge for each point of MD trajectory to a pretty graphic as in fig 3 on that
paper.
Important to say that I'm not an experienced tcl user, so any help in
this task is very welcome......
Looking forward to take good news form the community,

                                                  Jorge H.F.
