I typed in the VMD console:
package require psfgen
topology top_all22_prot.inp

VMD crashes and the UNIX console shows:
ALERT: Process [vmd_IRIX6_64] 26724 generated trap, but has signal 11 held or
ignored
        epc 0xd9cd070 ra 0xd9ccac4 badvaddr 0x20abcc90
Process has been killed to prevent infinite loop

I am running VMD 1.8a10 with Octane IRIX 6.5.
