Hi,
Yes, it is a pdb file that included coordinates for the membrane lipids.
The modeling of the membrane and the complex is described in
* Zhou, F. and Schulten K., Proteins: Structure, Function and Genetics,
1996, 25, 12. (model of PLA2 - membrane complex)
http://www.ks.uiuc.edu/Publications/Papers/abstract.cgi?tbcode=ZHOU96
* Zhou, F. and Schulten K., J. Phys. Chem., 1995, 99, 2194
(model of the membrane bilayer)
http://www.ks.uiuc.edu/Publications/Papers/abstract.cgi?tbcode=ZHOU95
Sincerely,

If so, does the files include the coordinates of the fatty acids (yellow chains) or were these "drawn in" with another program. > > > > Thanks > > > > Mike > > -- > > Justin Gullingsrud 3111 Beckman Institute > H: (217) 384-4220 I got a million ideas that I ain't even rocked yet... > W: (217) 244-8946 -- Mike D
