"Hands-on" Workshop on Computational Biophysics at Urbana, IL


Amyloid Plaque from Alzheimer's Brain

This workshop will be presented by members of the Theoretical and Computational Biophysics Group from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign. The program will cover molecular dynamics simulations with NAMD and QwikMD, biomolecular visualization and analysis with VMD, classical force field parameterization with FFTK, topics in computational nano-bio, and structure modeling with MDFF. Enrollment limited to 25 participants.
