Hi,
This is subrahmanyam,reserach scholar,IIT Kharagpur
I got dcd file of my protein after simulation.i have to upload my dcd file
after psf file followed by the creation of rmsd file using rmsd.tcl script.
But before all the frames of dcd file are uploaded vmd is closed on its own
made me helpless to create rmsd file. Can any one of you suggest please.
