Hi,
this is Subrahmanyam,Research scholar, IIT Kharagpur. I have run
equilibration for various steps from 0-200000, 200000-700000,
700000-1200000 and 1200000-1700000. For the last step it got equilibrated.
I got rmsd.dat files for each step. But I need a single rmsd.dat file from
these individual files. Kindly suggetst. Thanks in advance.
