Hi,
yesterday I sent a message about hbond script, but I didn't give you any
informations about the script.
I Tried to used the hbond.tcl script sent by Ahmet (Wed Sep 15 2004) but
I'm not able to use it, I load my trajectory in VMD (.dcd), I open TK
console , I write "source hbond.tcl" but it doesn't work.
Could you help me or give me some adivices to perform hbond analysis
between two different object.
