Hello,
   I'm new to VMD so please excuse me if this has been addressed. I am
trying to color specific residues of my protein for clarity. I don't
seem to be able to do this with VMD by:
   Extensions-->Analysis-->Sequence Viewer
   Surely this must be possible. Could you please send an example. The
tutorial did not address this. Thank you for your time.
