Hi,

I want to make a movie that shows the z-rotation of the whole system, then the surrounding water molecules are displayed off, finally the y-rotation of the protein alone.

I have tried to modified the "user defined movie script" on the web page, but I found rotation was much faster and more than 360 degree, also the off-displyed representation was not the one I wanted.

Can anybody help?
