Hi,
  The number of frames to render is now calculated based on time, and
the frame rate of the movie format that you've selected.
(24fps MPEG-1 by default)
When you select the "trajectory" movie type, the movie length will
be set according to the number of frames in your trajectory (but converted
to seconds..) You can calculate the number of frames by multiplying the
movie duration times the frame rate of the selected movie format.
