Hello VMD users,

Can anyone tell me how to use the RMSD calculator in VMD 1.8.4.
( VMD>Extensions>Analysis>RMSD calculator)
I first loaded the psf file then the .dcd file but then it shows a error
I have a 125 molecule box all having the same residue number and segment
name.
Any help is welcome.
