Hello VMDers,
Could someone please tell me how I might change the details of a drawing
style via the text interface. For example, if I want to representation 0 of
molid 1 to licorice with a bond radius of 0.001, I know how to tell it to
use licorice:
mol modstyle 0 1 licorice
but how do I tell VMD to change the relevant parameter defining the style?
It would be a REALLY GOOD IDEA if this information was in the users guide.
I have now spent 1.5 hours reading it and I still cannot glean how to do
this. I need to make very similar pictures of a stack of molecular
isodensities and am determined not to have to point and click the same
pattern for an hour.
Surely, I can't be the first one to wonder...
Cheers,
Seth
