Hi,

I am trying to do NAMD tutorial, I ma getting problem in
preparing psf files. I created a ubq.pgn fileand then I
type

" vmd -dispdev text -e ubq.pgn " on IRIX window.

It is opening twp consoles Xplor-O and Vmd_IRIX6.

In Vmd_IRIX6 console, it is showing the

pdbalias command not found
segment command not found
coordpdb command not found
guesscoord command not found
writepdb command not found
writepsf command not found

But I can start vmd GUI by typing vmd (alias). I dont know
why it is not recognising these commands.

Can someone please help me.....
