Hi,

I'm trying to use the IED plugin with VMD but not having much luck
getting it to work. We are using version 1.8.3 with recommended Numeric
python 22. on Linux. We have also tried to compile VMD from source.
Does anyone have experience using IED? I want to use it to visualise
results from Normal mode analysis in amber.
