Hello,
       I have a xyz file in which there are 358990
atoms. When I try to load the file its not showing
anything instead vmd will be closed continuously. I am
using vmd 1.8.3 version. Why am I getting this
problem, is it that there is any limit over the atoms
in vmd.
  Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
