different interpretations by everyone...

It is a home-grown loader but works pretty well on vrml files from
modelling packages. But I did not support PROTOs up til now, and after
looking at the specs PROTO does not look too complicated, at least to
load your vrml2s ;-) EXTERNPROTO is something else...

A converter would be the easiest way. I also tried polytrans (pretty
good normally) but it could not load the indexed line sets...

I will think about it, thnx for your quick respons.
