Yes i tested and works fine that was a stupid question but i am interesting in
change the "viewport" by default the display of vmd is a ugly rectangular box
and i want to change his dimensions and draw some residues with a specific
color is it possible via script?
The "render TachyonInternal" works perfectly but is a little slow :-(
