Hello everyone,
        Could anyone just tell me whether there is any
limitation in the number of atoms in xyz format.
        I have got a file with 32000 atoms exactly in
the format of xyz,I cannot visualize it in VMD it just
stucks and does not do anything.How to visualize 32000
atoms in xyz format.When I am trying to visualize 108
atoms its displaying.
 Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated.........
