We just downloaded the executable version of vmd.

after starting it, there only appears the vmd console, but neither the
`GL display` window nor the `main` window as indicated in the manual.

we just get the statement:

`xwsh: No such file or directory: can't start command`

in the `vmd console` window.

we use IRIX 6.4 on a SGI Octane and wanted to run the precompiled
version for IRIX 5

does anybody know how to fix the problem?

a recompilation failed with an error already indicated in the FAQ:
`form.h not found`, but we were not able to fix the bug after having
studied the installation guide.
