I have different representations for each helix! How to bring all in one representation?

Hi Gagan,

How are you doing the coloring? Did you make 7 different representations, or did you do something else? One thing to check would be if you have a representation that covers all 7 transmembrane helices. I have seen instances where different rendering options disagree about which representation is on "top", and can lead to this sort of behavior.

Hii,

I have a protein with 7 transmembranes coloured differently. When i am rendering it using Tachyon or povray, the colour of the whole protein is same. Its not showing the differently coloured helixes of the protein.
How can i fix this? Please help.

Thanks ,
Gagan
