Hello
I have a silica structure generated from the Inorganic Builder plugin. Due
to the nature of my simulation I need to add protons to the surface oxygens
to complete the silanol groups. I was wondering if anyone has done anything
similar or has a script, program or plugin that can help me with this.
Molefacture does not load because of the size of my silanol structure.
