Hi Gustavo,
  Can you email me any messages that VMD prints in the text console
when you open a page? Also, what happens if you run this command
from the VMD text console by hand?:
  vmd_open_url http://www.cnn.com/

Let me know. It shouldn't be too hard to cure your problem, but
I need to determine why Konquerer doesn't work with the existing code.
