Francesco,
  The only suggestion I have presently is to dig a bit for that
error and see if you can find the cause. My guess is that the Python
Tkinter module has dependencies on that xcb_wait_for_reply64, but the
particular shared library in your path is missing that. There are
others with similar errors arising in other contexts on stackexchange here:

Hopefully that gets you headed in the right direction, but I personally
don't know anything about the "RCM" thing that you're describing.
