Dear John,
Thanks for your answer.
I download vmd-1.9.3.bin.LINUX.opengl.tar.gz.
But, when I used tar -xvf vmd-1.9.3.bin.LINUX.opengl.tar.gz, I encountered
with:
tar: Unexpected EOF in archive
tar: rmtlseek not stopped at a record boundary
tar: Error is not recoverable: exiting now
Only following file and directories were extracted:
configure data LINUX plugins README
After using ./configure,
VMD plugin include files or directory not found.
I downloaded source 2 more times, but the problem was not solved.
There is the same problem for 1.9.2.
How to resolve that?
Best,
Atila
