Hi,
While alingning two sequences with multiseq / sequence alignment, I get
the following message with my laptop (new HP computer, windows 7, VMD
version 1.9.2):
The sequence alignement failed with the following message:
CLUSTAL W (1.83) Multiple Sequence Aligments
Error unknown option
-rard/Desktop/multise-49xxx24.original.fasta
child process exited abnormally
It works great with the same sequences on an other computer in the lab.
I got the same message on my student's computer during labs based on the
use of VMD. I would be happy to fix this.
If anyone knows ....
Mainy thanks,
Marie
