XML files can contain almost anything, so you'll need to know much
more about what it contains and what variety of XML file it is before
you would be able to convert it. VMD has a couple of molfile plugins
that are able to read structures in XML format, but you might not be
working with one of the XML file types that VMD knows how to read, so
you'll need to provide more info before people can assist you.
