Hi

   I am a graduate student of Iowa state university and my research area is MDS. I am
really happy to use VMD. But I have question for you. I do appreciate if you can help me.
I
have run CHARM and got a binary format trajectory file from it. But I do know how to
visualize the trajectory. The extension I got it .cor . I am wondering I can use VMD to
see
the atom moment.
