Hi,
Generally speaking, the PDB fields are only loaded for the first
frame in the trajectory and are assumed constant for all remaining
frames. In order to color by a time varying property you'll need
to use the "User" coloring method, and I've attached a simple script
that does this at the end of this email.

Thanks,
