Hi John,

OS: W7 64-bit, VMD 1.9.2

The directory was ok.

The issue was resolved by Running VMD as Administrator

Tom,
I assume you're running VMD on a windows machine? If not, please tell us what version of VMD you're running and on what operating system.
Secondly, please make sure you sure that your current working directory (or the directory where you save the output) is a directory where you actually have write access. You can ignore the warning about "true", but the file not getting written is likely a permissions issue that you need to check on.

Cheers,
