Dear listers,

A list member has convinced me offline that there is no recipe to
improve the quality of an email list. Some people do try hard to solve
their own challenges before posting. I stand corrected.

This is then a plan for myself. When I post a question, I will try to
show consideration for the expert's time. When I post an answer, I
will try to keep it friendly to newcomers.

Please let us all come up with a plan to improve the tone of this
list. The science is already great.

Thank you.

Ivan
