Dear list members, old and new,

I would like to ask from everyone to remain calm and not be irritated
by the recent posts making tactless requests.

It can hardly be considered a language problem when the sentence in
question is written in perfectly rude English.

Everyone's posts are welcome but please:

1) show that you have read the manual, and

2) show that at least you have tried something and failed.

The last thing we need is to discourage the experts from answering.
