Dear Dr. Kohlmeyer and Dr. Vermass

Many thanks for your suggestion. The problem is solved now. Actually I
wanted to use the orient package and I am new to VMD mailing list. So,
couldn't find the proper link about it. Finally I got this one.
http://www.ks.uiuc.edu/Research/vmd/mailing_list/vmd-l/21640.html which is
also really helpful along with your suggestions. Thanks again.
