Hi,
  I'm wondering if, when writing the Martini RBCG tutorial, the authors
might have accidentally used LaTeX syntax rather than proper NAMD syntax
there, it may simply be as Maxim has suggested that they intended to indicate
the use of a "#" symbol to comment out those lines of the conf file.
I will forward this on to the person that oversees maintenance of our
tutorials to see if we can get this fixed.
