I have a .crd file and a .dcd file created using CHARMM.
After I load the crd file onto VMD, the diplay window does not show the
loaded crd file.
Do I need to change any settings or do anything special to load and display
the crd file? The .dcd file loads just fine but I cannot see the trajectory
because the .crd file is not seen.
Help!
