Hi,
I am following NAMD tutorial and try to create PSF file as shown (http://www
ks.uiuc
edu/Training/SumSchool/materials/sources/tutorials/02-namd-tutorial/namd-tuto
ial-html/node6.html). Whenever I run the segment command (within a script or
on its own) I get error saying "failed on segment".
I use VMD 1.81 on WinXP PC.
