Dear VMD users

I would like to calculate Ca distance between two residues for the trajectory.

I'm using ca_distance script.

I'm facing difficulty in usuage of command.

The command shows as "ca_distance main_sel".

The selection is residue number or Ca atom.

Kindly advice.
