Hi,

I am working on a protein structure. I found out that in the pdb file of the
corresponding protein, structural data for few of the amino acid residues
are
not available.
I am wondering if there is a possibility of adding the missing residues
using VMD.
I will be thankful to you if someone can suggest me in dealing with this
problem using VMD
