Hi,
I have two peptide fragments each with three identical chains in a helical arrangment. I have their structure as two PDB files. I want to join the two peptides into a larger molecule chain A C-ter of 1st to N-ter chain A of second and so on.
I tried using the Add/Remove bonds command but due to the helical nature of the chains, I can connect only one chain at a time and aligning the other two is difficult.
Is there a better way to achieve this? (editing the PDB/PSF files??)
Thanks,
Sujata
