Hi,

I have two peptide fragments (each with 3 chains A, B ,C helical) that I want to join by a peptide bond to make a longer fragment.
I used the Add/Remove bonds command to achieve this but want to know if there is any other way to do this. What is the best way to achieve it using VMD.
