Dear all,

I need to make puntual mutations in protein sequences and I was using the VMD plugin called "mutator", but I need to know how to mutate resids from the console. I was searching on your website, but I did not found anything. Can you help me about? is there a tutorial about it? or is there a manual explaining it?
