Hi,
  I didn't see anything in your environment variables that would explain
the behavior you're seeing. What video driver version do you have installed
on this system? I haven't seen the type of symptom you're experiencing
before, but given that no obviously conflicting DLLs turned up, my next thought
would be to look at the video driver since the crash occurs during the
part of the startup sequence when the OpenGL context is initialized.
