Hi Jin
I am using VMD in Ubuntu 9.10, but before I was working normally with it in
Ubuntu 9.04. Have you downloaded source code?. I remember that I downloaded
the LINUX_64 OpenGL, CUDA
<download.cgi?UserID=&AccessCode=&ArchiveID=983> version
and I installed it without a problem. Let me know what exactly you did and
maybe I'd could help you.
Regards
