Dear all,
I am having some trouble with vmd display when I am using it in remote
(ssh -X). Since I updated my kernel (and Nvidia drivers), I am no
longer able to display correctly my pdb file.
->Line representation: only single atoms are displayed
->Cartoon and Ribbons work for displaying proteins, but not new
Cartoon nor new Ribbon
However, vmd works perfectly in local. And this is not related to the
remote installation, because VMD still works on other computers (not
updated).
Kernel:
2.6.26-2-amd64
Driver:
Nvidia Geforce 9800 version 1.0.7
Thomas
