Dear all,

 

I was wondering how to load trajectories from AMBER10 (netcdf format) into
VMD (version 1.8.7).

I know it works well with a MAC, but apparently it does not with Windows
(Vista SP 1).

 

I also installed the NetCDF files by pasting the precompiled dll's and exe's
into the System32 directory as mentioned in the

NetCDF installation guide. But even after deinstalling and reinstalling VMD
the problem still prevails.

 

Is there any plugin available to fix that? And if there is no such thing, is
there any other solution?
