Hello,
I'm trying to model a 1NWZ protein from the Protein Data Bank with a
mutation of F96W/ W119F. However when I run the Automatic psf Builder I lose
the chromophore (resid 169). My study is based on comparing the tryptophan
(W) to the chromophore (resid 169). With out the chromophore I'm in quite of
a bind.

Is there anything I can do to keep it?
