I am very new to programming in general, and I've already looked through the
archives, but I still can't figure it out.

I have MSMS on my desktop (the file and folder are named msms_MacOSX_2.6.1)
and I know I am supposed to put it in the path of vmd, which has something
to do with an environmental variable...but I am still lost. If someone
could walk me through this that would be fantastic. Thanks for your help!
