Hi all, I am trying to monitor the water molucules around a specific residue and I am using the 'same residue as water and within x of resid x' command but it does not update this representation throughout the trajectory, it follows the waters that were present at the time of the command. Is there a way to get VMD to always update this representaion? Or a better command to use?
Thanks a bunch,
Ben Rodriguez
