Hallo, I was going to calculate hydrogen bond inside beta-barrel of a
membrane protein and I found one script can do this(just source hbonds.tcl
first and than type hbondsgui). But I also found that there were several
hydrogen bond seems weird. One oxygen atom(OD) of ASP can form several
hydrogen bond with other three or more atoms(O and N). Can I believe such a
result from hydrogen bond analysis? Thanks.
